Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until June 13, 2020 with a $99 service charge fee. Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline.

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@alternativemedicineconferences.org

Refunds will be processed based on date of cancellation, only after the Conference:

  • Cancellation requests on or before November 13th, 2020 – full refund, less $99 service charges.
  • Cancellation requests on or before November 13th, 2020 refund 50% of registration fees
  • Cancellations requested after November 13th, 2020no refund.

No refunds are offered for issues beyond the control such as weather conditions, natural calamities, visa issues, travel difficulties, health issues, etc or other conditions or circumstances beyond Conference Committee’s control.

Hotel Cancellations:

Hotel cancellations made after September 20, 2020 must be handled by the individual registrant directly with the respective hotel.
